Uniform
Borden Uniform
The school attaches a great deal of importance to the appearance of pupils. Boys are required to wear the correct school uniform and to wear it properly. This consists of a navy blue blazer, white shirt, school tie, dark grey trousers, grey socks and plain black shoes. The 6th form has a separate set of expectations regarding what is appropriate to wear in school. The details of “smart casual” wear is included on the website and detailed to students on induction. The interpretation of “smart casual” resides with the 6th form team.
All uniform must be clearly named.
For those students taking GCSE & A level PE there may be an opportunity to order an exam PE T-shirt which can be personalised, which assists with adjudication and assessments. The Head of PE will lead on this each year and inform his classes accordingly.
