Research at Borden Grammar
To provide teachers at Borden with a richer professional development experience, staff are encouraged to engage in action research projects. The central aim of the action research initiative is to engage staff in autonomous, self-directed professional development that encourages them to engage in broader conversations about teaching and learning both in and outside the school.
